Nypnose is a SaaS platform for AI-generated hypnosis and meditation sessions. Users describe what they want to work on — stress, sleep, confidence, habits — and the AI generates a personalised hypnotherapy script that plays as an audio session.
The platform handles user accounts, session history, favourite sessions, and progress tracking. The audio playback includes background ambient sounds, binaural beats for brainwave entrainment, and the AI-generated voice narration.
The technical challenge was making the generated sessions feel natural and therapeutic rather than robotic. The prompt engineering for the script generation went through many iterations to find the right tone, pacing, and language patterns.
