Gyrum

Closed-Loop Agentic Dev February 2026

An autonomous AI software studio. AI agents with distinct personas build, review, test, deploy, and self-improve — shipping production software every cycle.

Gyrum is an autonomous AI software studio — a self-improving development system where AI agents with distinct personas work in teams, following an 11-stage pipeline: brainstorm, design, blueprint, development, review, fix, security audit, testing, retrospective, readme, and assessment.

The key innovation is self-bootstrapping. Each retrospective cycle surfaces what tools the system needs next, and those needs become the next projects in the queue. The system has shipped 54+ projects this way — SaaS tools, browser games, APIs, CLI utilities, a Kanban dashboard, market research tools, and the orchestrator itself.

All projects pass review with test suites ranging from 60 to 317 tests. 28 consecutive projects with zero string-constant mismatches. The pipeline includes automated security audits for anything involving payments, auth, or sensitive data.

Gyrum deploys to production autonomously — web apps, games, and tools are live at gyrum.dev subdomains. The commercial vision: embeddable SaaS tools (feedback widgets, FAQ centres, consent banners) sold as subscriptions, all built and maintained by the AI factory.
